These are burp-less. This product is entirely plant-based. It's partly from the Evening Primroses, as shown in the photo. That's part of our back yard where we don't mow, but Youngevity doesn't source them from us. Besides, we have pesticides back there!
But these are smaller gelcaps, thus easier to swallow. However, we now prefer the more expesive EFA Plus gelcaps, from fish, for their added ingredients.

Youngevity DM1 Ultimate Multi-EFA - 60 soft gels
I really like these, for two reasons. First, they are smaller softgels, which are easier to swallow, and second, they contain no animal nor fish, nor shellfish ingredients. Thus, there is no tendency for a fishy burp.
Note: There are 90 softgels in a bottle, not 60, but don't let that sway you. You get:

As with the other EFA products, there's a strong discount for buying them in bulk. Four for $109.95. Four bought singly would be $147.96.
Every spring and summer, we have a beautiful crop of evening primrose flowers in our back yard. The are long-lasting and just sprang up entirely on their own. A blessing. You can see them in a photo I took.
