Recommended uses: 
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 5-8 drops of essential oil. 
Diffuse – Add desired amount of essential oil to diffuser.

Massage – In 1 tsp. carrier, add 3-4 drops of essential oil. 
Mist – Use 8-10 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.  
Topical – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed.
